All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.
The delivery options available to you will depend on your pin code, the product you choose to buy, as well as delivery capability of our brand Logistic partner.
CFW through it Logistic partners delivers products throughout India.
There may be certain PIN codes where we can not deliver in case our Logistic partners don’t serve that pin code.
We offer Express Shipping for almost all the shipments to extend superior service quality and exceptional shipment delivery experience, we charge shipping & handling fees. The product price is mention inclusive of all taxes.

We dispatch most orders within 1-7 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays) for products that are in stock. Please check delivery time in product description.
Customised products usually take 3-5 weeks.

Product prices are shown as per the country from where the site is accessed, in case a particular currency is not defined in our system then for such country/countries the prices are shown in US Dollar.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.
Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.
If the country of shipment is within India, all prices are shown either inclusive of tax or at Checkout. All other countries are shown a price excluding taxes.

Insurance
CFW insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by CFW and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

How can I find out about the delivery charges?
Delivery charges would be applicable on some items. These charges would be automatically added to the cart on selecting the said items and would be visible on the checkout page
Why does the delivery time vary from brand partner to brand partner?
The delivery time depends on the availability of that product as well as the estimated handling time taken by our brand and logistics partners. We’ll tell you the estimated delivery time on the product page.
