Yes. Any freebies or combo offers that were received with an order will also need to be returned along with the original product.

In case a product received is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product and contact our customer care service team at support @chandigarhfashionweek.com  within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please keep all packaging material, original invoice intact. Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that do not meet our policy  & fail the quality check will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on CFW as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.The lighting can cause colours to reflect differently, although we try to be as true to original as possible.

 We will request you to courier the products you want to Exchange/return to us.We are not doing return pickups as of now, The return shipping charge will have to be paid by the customer . Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches its origin in original condition.We will charge you delivery charges when we ship your new exchanged product. (& if any price change).

All items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues  requires you to pay for them.Please check size guide.(definitive sizing information is posted on the site)

An Estimated delivery time is mentioned against each product. Our aim is to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible.However, we  apologise for the delays caused due to unavoidable circumstances such as transport strikes, custom delay’s etc..

All refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credits. (Please refer Refund policy)

Delivery charges would be applicable on some items. These charges would be automatically added to the cart on selecting the said items and would be visible on the checkout page 

If you have placed an order with us and you want to cancel it , inform us within 24 hours of the order placed after which no order can be cancelled.
