EXCHANGE POLICY

The Buyer must contact CFW via email [email protected]  for replacement/return. Replacement/Return request  must be made within 1 day (24 hours) of the delivery of the Product and any claim/request for replacement/return beyond the period of 1  day(24 hours) shall not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.All refunds will be processed in the form of store credits. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Replacement of any product shall be subject to the terms of the website and the Product description on the Website.

 Replacement/refund will not be provided incase the product has any damages due to misuse of Product by the Buyer; any Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the Product delivered; Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers. The Buyer shall not tamper with the Product, and shall be returned in its original condition with all the tags and packaging material intact.Our supervising team shall inspect the products on return  before initiating refunds , if eligible.

International shipments can’t be returned. 

List of non-returnable products shall be custom made products; altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you; products that are purchased in any Sale/Promotion and/or products which were identified/marked as Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable at the time of purchase.Accessories & Jewellery are not returnable or refundable.

  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have to self-courier the product.

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you can Exchange your product for a size or colour .

If you Choose  a return you’ll be automatically refunded as store credit .You can shop for any other item of your choice. The actual shipping & handling charges will be deducted in  all type of refunds including “Free shipping products” after receiving the product back. The product must reach us within 7 days of initiating a return request. (i.e approved)

Refunds are made by us after deducting 4.1% of bank/gateway charges. (whichever is higher) 

We strive for perfection , before you buy, you get completely assure. You do not have to cancel the order,

What are self-courier Exchange/returns?

 We will request you to courier the products you want to Exchange/return to us.We are not doing return pickups as of now, The return shipping charge will have to be paid by the customer . Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches its origin in original condition.We will charge you delivery charges when we ship your new exchanged product. (& if any price change).

How should I pack my product for the return?

When you return a product, please ensure that it is in its original condition and original packaging. Also include the original box, as part of the return package. We can’t refund or exchange products if their tags/labels or seals have been tampered with – so do be careful. If you need the product code, it’s mentioned on the barcode label on the tag.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returning products?

Please note that we incur a lot of charges to deliver a product to you. Therefore any delivery charges incurred will not be refunded to you. CFW will deduct delivery charges from the refund amount.The return shipping charge will have to be paid by the customer . 

 Can I get a replacement for the product I’ve ordered?

In case you do not find the product to your satisfaction and want to return or replace it, so get in touch with CFW Care for assistance.

 Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you can. To return part of your order:

Go to the ‘Order History’ tab in the ‘My Account’ section.

Select the product(s) you would like to return.

Returns cannot be made for orders placed using a combination offer or which were placed as a part of a single product (multi-packs).

When I return a product, do I have to return the free gift that I got with it?

Yes. Any freebies or combo offers that were received with an order will also need to be returned along with the original product.

When are refunds possible?

A refund is possible if the product is returned under the conditions prescribed in our Returns Policy found under the Returns tab on the product page, and meets our quality check. Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order with us and you want to cancel it , inform us within 24 hours of the order placed after which no order can be cancelled.

Cancellation before shipping:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can either cancel the order online or by contacting our Customer Support Team via  email  Within 24 hours of order being placed.In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your source account.

Cancellation after shipping:

We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of order placed .However, If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money  as Store Credit after deducting shipping & handling charges .

If CFW couldn’t serve an order for any reason beyond the control of CFW, even after giving our best, CFW reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money in case of a pre-paid order.

 How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time within the 24 hours of the order placed before the item(s) have been shipped and you will receive a full refund in this case. Here’s how you can cancel your order:

Log in to your account

Select the order from ‘My Orders’

Click on ‘Cancel Order’ for the item(s) you want to cancel, individually

Tell us why you don’t want the product and confirm the cancellation

Once you’re done, we’ll send you an acknowledgement of the cancellation. Remember, you won’t be able to cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Can I cancel just part of my order?

Yes, you can cancel part of your order before it has been shipped within 24 hours of its order. If you are unable to see the cancel button, and your order status still reads ‘Confirmed’, get in touch with CFW  Care for assistance in cancelling your order.

 Why do I see a disabled cancel button?

You will see a disabled cancel button when the item(s) from your order have already been shipped. You will not be able to make any cancellations now. However, you can get in touch with CFW Care for assistance.

 How will I get my refund when I cancel an order?

It will take between 10  business days after your order cancellation for your refund to be processed and the amount to be transferred back to the source account. Check the ‘Returns /Refund Section’ to know more.

  What should I do if I don’t get my refund in the time?

On the off-chance that there is a delay in your refund, please get in  touch with CFW  Care for a quick resolution.

 Why was my order cancelled?

While it is our endeavour to fulfil all orders, the selected product may fail our rigorous quality checks or be out of stock, especially during sales and the festive season, and may have to be cancelled. Once an order has been cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to you shortly.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credits. 

In case of cancellation before shipment (within 24 hours), we process the refund within 10 days. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund as Store Credit once the products have been received and verified at our respective warehouse.  the refund will be processed within 10 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your Store credit. 

If CFW couldn’t serve a confirmed order for any reason beyond the control of CFW, even after giving our best, CFW reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money in case of a pre-paid order.

Product reservation fee or product blocking fee shall not be refunded.

International orders once confirmed can’t be  refunded. CFW offers  site credits for up to 6 months.You can replace it with another item of your choice.International orders once Shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All return refunds will carry 4.1 % charges of Payment gateway fees (whichever is higher) and deduction of   consignment shipment and handling expenses. CFW is however happy to offer store credit notes via email that you can use anytime within 6 months.(after deducting shipping & handling
